The East of England Plan is a draft revision to the Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS) for the East of England. It will cover Bedfordshire, Luton, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, Essex, Southend-on-Sea, Thurrock, Norfolk and Suffolk. More than 21,000 responses were received at the consultation stage, and the Panel were appointed by the First Secretary of State to conduct an Examination in Public (EiP) of selected matters arising out of the draft Plan. This is their report.
