Each edition was purchased upon release by Southend Libraries since 1906. They were kept within the Local History collection of Southend Libraries.Surplus/duplicate copies were moved into the Archive Room collection when Southend Libraries moved to the Forum in 2013 where they currently remain. In 2023 duplicate copies were removed from the collection and sold by the library service so that only two (or one if no second copy available) of each available year remains in the archive collection. A single copy of other years are available in the Local History section of the public library.It is not known where they were stored or who purchased the copies prior to the library moving in 2013 as no records were kept.
